I just found a new directory: linktofortune.com
I just looked for free lotteries and found it.

They host a free lottery funded by ads.
So it's free for the usual people, but requires a fee to get hosted.

I'll watch it a bit, the usercount is increasing hourly.
For now i'll just play the lottery there, if it's growing more i'll put my websites up too
