1. People sending you emails about job opportunities that you did not request to be on there mailing list.
2. Promises of big money over night.
3. If they don't include there contact info so that you can contact them by phone or email or mail.

The good ones want you on there mailing lists because they plan on being around awhile. You can ask them questions and they can direct you to the products that will best improve you business.
