Whatever you decide to do, don't pressure yourself to get rich tomorrow. I tell you this through experience which is not only unique to me. A lot of people who try to jump on the "make lots of money on the Internet" bandwagon rushes, and most people out of sear desperation to change their current circumstances.
Yes Internet Marketing is a sure way to break free from a horrid job and/or boss and out of the poverty line. It's very achievable, the problem arise where one is so desperate for a better life, they try one thing then jump to the next best thing, then the next and so on. Keep doing that and you'll only end up very confused and frustrated that nothing is happening.
Take your time and learn about some options that are available. Try a few things out along the way and see what suits you. When you find the one thing that does suit, then just go for it and work until you make your new business work. Once you make a success out of then one thing, another words "making money", rinse and repeat or move onto something else that interests you.
