Here is a little trick I use to get a ton of traffic riding on the coat tails of other peoples work.

Go to any free sharing video network look for videos with high amounts of views.

Create a quick video response and put your link to your site at the start of your description. Make sure in the video you show your link several times.

With some sites this will show up in related videos

As very few people post video replies your video response will stay near the top.

You will get a lot of traffic without having to promote your video or build back links the original video poster has done all the hard work for you.

so many people do that but the main problem is that the person must approve your response and they will not if it takes traffic away from their site!

You're video has to be relevant, if it is then there should be no reason why it shouldn't be approved.

Yep, video responses are a great way to generate some extra traffic. Also, video commentaries are another way, where you can put blurbs into videos that mention your site.
