in many programs it's more the less essential to get referrals, as they will generate extra money or traffic for you.
Now getting referrals is a hard job, getting or keeping them active is even more difficult.
Many people join a program but never get active, for various reasons.

Some programs are offering a reward-system, enabling you to transfer credits to your downline in order to encourage them, and sometimes that helps.
But many programs unfortunately don't have that feature.

When I get a new sign up I will always send the new member a personal message, a welcome to the program and explaining the benefits and how things work. And of course that they can contact me if they have questions.
But still that is no guarantee the new member will get active, maybe don't like the program after all.

Can someone provide some tips & tricks how to motivate your downline ?
Do you have a good text for a "welcome mail" ?
