Tips for Good PR

Having good PR can help gain the confidence and trust of your targeted group. Good PR is a difficult thing to achieve so here are some tips:

-Do public speaking engagements
-Write articles for local newspapers about your business
-Start a blog
-Try to get a buzz going in the newspaper, TV, web about your product/services
-Know and understand your market
-Have your products/services ready for the public before starting PR
-Be persistent

these are all offline sources... What about online sources because without working on them PR is far ahead of reach.....

The best tips that I can suggest for improving the page rank of your website are:

Writing good content
Submit to search engines
Publishing articles
Participating in forums
Link Exchanges
Newsletter and article exchanges
Internal linking
Keyword in text links
Avoid keyword stuffing
Avoid link farms

Anyone looking for a higher ranking for their website should first concentrate on creating a content rich website and then promote it wisely through link building strategies.

At first I thought this was about Page Rank. Then I realized it was about Public Relations. Good tips for that; many website owners don't realize that off-site PR is just as important as online PR.

The article is about Public relations and online you need to talk about image, logos, web presence and credibility. You build this through your website and blogs as well as articles you write. Also try a press release (also PR!)
