I'm new in this business I just want to ask how to can I gain profits in adsense, how to find niche. Some suggestions please.

First of all, you can choose a popular niche that you don't like much or an unpopular niche but the one that you really love. But if you're lucky enough, there might be popular niche that you really love. You can use Google Trends and Google Adwords Keyword tool as your reference.

Then, create a blog. You can choose the free hosting from Blogger or the paid service from Wordpress. However, I strongly suggest that you put at least 20 original and useful contents on it before installing Adsense. Actually, you can put Adsense on your first day if you want to. But I don't recommend it as your account may be suspended sooner or later, just like most newbies are experiencing.

This is because the real ad clickers are coming from search engines, and it is quite impossible for a new blog to get search engine traffic. If most your visitors are coming from social traffic, (fellow bloggers, social friends, etc.) then GA might think that you're inviting them to click your ads even if you do not.

Generally speaking, bloggers don't click each other ads simply because they don't need them. They only want to read post, leave comments, and follow the blog. In fact, they hate ads since they are being annoyed while reading the posts. If a social blogger clicks on another blog's ads, he will most likely not buy the product.

The logic is simple, if one is looking for something to buy he will search it at Google and not on blogs. If he types a keyword or keywords that happens to be on your blog that has been optimized (SEO), then he may land on your blog and click your ads. This is the best example of a legitimate ad click.

Unfortunately, I heard that GA is now strict on new accounts. They don't anymore approve new blogs unless it is 6 months old. But I am really sure about this though.

Lastly, I strongly suggest that you read a lot of posts about Google Adsense or go directly to their site and read their TOS.

The best way to make money with adsense is to write articles using expensive keywords.

you just need to search for expensive keywords. I mean keywords that are really expensive. you can check them using the Google keyword tool.

once you have the expensive keywords you are comfortable with, you just write and article with those keywords.

publish your article at ezine article and other article directories with a linking back to your site. and also
publish the article on your blog or website and insert the adsense code the article on your website or blog.

that is it. just wait and see traffic come to your site and click on the ads on your site and u get paid

It an be tough to make good money with Adsense. You need to either target high paying clicks and know how to generate good traffic. Not trying to knock it, just that it's not that easy. Most people make very little.

That will make you some money, but with adsense the real money maker would be a lower priced keyword, in a niche that you could get to the front page of Google, some of the high paying keywords get little or no clicks, use the adwords traffic estimator to see what i mean, the only way to make money from most high paying keywords is sending out articles, and hoping who ever reads them goes to your site and clicks your ads. just my thoughts.
