The same as you would for any site really. You could do a blog with reviews, think we already talked about reviews From the blog promote the RSS feed.

You could do PPC, build a list and sell to them, SEO the sites properly, could be good if you do long tail keywords. Related forum signatures.

Find where you audience hangs out. Just a couple ideas.

what about driving traffic to a site like that?

You can consider PPC but Amazon US will not paid referral fees for paid search traffic to send users to the Amazon websites in the US or Canada via paid search. BUT you are ok for Amazon UK.

I seem to have trouble getting traffic too. Blogs seem to get a lot. I usually try to answer peoples questions at yahoo answers and direct them to my site.

You should start with article marketing. As old as it is but really powerful and extremely effective.

Why?

Because these articles will be on the internet all the times. If you make lots of it, you have lots of potential gateways to your products and eventually to your POCKET.

Give away free stuff, such as PLR e-books, articles, videos, reports, software etc... and put your website links to drive readers or audience to your website/ blog.

You might also consider building a Squidoo lens or HubPage (or both) relating to the product you are selling. Just be careful not to be too blatantly promotional, particularly on HubPages, or you'll get banned.
