They do really helps people to do free submission?
And, those auto-submission might potentially rejected by some of the Search Engine?

submitting your website to search engines is something that should always be free... so yes, technically you can trust them. the only problem with that is that if you do not take SEO (search engine optimization) into consideration then your website will probably not show up anywhere near the first results.
