Post 5 Red Hot Tips To Make Sure That Your Article Gets Read.

It takes time and effort to write an article. You don't want your article writing efforts to go waste. Here are 6 tips to make sure that your article gets maximum eyeball exposure.

1. Write in short paragraphs that are easy to read and digest.

2. Make use of bullet points and lists. This makes the information presented easier to remember. Indenting the bullet points makes it easier on the eyes.

3. Use bolder sub-heads to highlight and draw attention to the main points. This makes it easier for the reader to move from one point to another.

4. Have an attention grabbing title. This is the most important point of all. If your article sounds dull and boring then no one will bother to read it and all your effort will go to waste.

5. Make your article interesting to read. Write with passion and flair. Add a touch of your personality to the article. Stick to the topic at hand and don't wander off topic.

That's it -5 Red hot tips to make sure that your article is read. Put them into practice and reap the rich rewards.

Short paragraphs are only of use if they do not break up the thoughts. You should not be spreading one thought or idea over two or three paragraphs unless it is convenient to do so-better practise is an idea per paragraph.

Some great tips and I appreciate them - try and make your article around 350 -400 words minimum and don't make it spammy - one link per article and a few in your editor box at the bottom. Disobey this and your article will always get knocked back by the big boys!

Yes, and make the content relevant! It's horrible to search for something, find an article online and go to it, and its nothing but keywords.

So, give something to the reader, not just junk.

Most people don't like reading articles that are boring, confusing, or poorly written. An article is supposed to share information, and if no one bothers to read it, it's a waste.
You have to write good articles if you want people to read them. It doesn't have to be hard. Once you get the hang of it, writing articles can be fun and profitable. You'll be well on your way to writing sizzling articles if you just keep a few pointers in mind.
1-Creative Writing Titles Look Good.
2-The Writing Poll
What's your biggest challenge when it comes to writing articles?
3-When Writing Paragraphs, Keep it Short!
4-Write lists
5- Quote Exact Numbers and Figures .
6-Edit Ruthlessly
Proofread and Edit!

Yes one of the best way I consider is the attraction of the title because the readers always read first the title before the body.

If your article is to be read on-line, you need to have short paragraphs - easier on computer-screen-reading eyes.

You also need lots of sub-headers. If that's not easy, try bolding a relevant phrase in the first sentence of every three or four paragraphs. This helps suck the skimmers back into reading your text.

And I am a firm believer in... WRITE YOUR OWN ARTICLES! This business of taking someone else's article, changing about 10%-20% of the wordings then passing it off as your own... sucks canal water big-time.

Thanks for the great tips but I think it is good practice to write at least 500 word articles. Anything over 500 words should easily be accepted into the ezine article directory.

Good writing tips. And yes, original content is always preferred. If you're going to do some article spinning, make sure to article spin your own articles and not someone else's.
