The internet is a huge potential market with ever increasing of online users. It is not the shortfall of opportunity that are keeping the new internet marketers from joining and starting a business but rather the lack of directions in how to start and maintain a profitable business. Its is a case of too little or too much informations that snap the determination of any new wanabie. Some pointers to note when you first start out:-

1) Make a plan of what you want to achieve and a timetable to achieve it. Start with a goal and be as specific as you can e.g. "Make a recurring income of $300 per month". Break down how to achieve that goals in processes for each quarter e.g

Jan - Mar Create a paypal account - merchant premium. Create a clickbank account. Create a paydotcom account. Create a Adsense account. Research for a niche. Learn the process of creating a blog on the niche. Drive traffic to the blog. Monitor traffic. Make changes to blog and test if it increase traffic.

Next breakdown the quarterly activities into monthly task. E.g.

Jan - Create a account for paypal - merchant premium account. You propal need to do this once. Research on a niche - Google for keywords using keyword tools and see what words that have enough search hits to justify to a profitable niche. Go and buy a domain name base on the keyword of your niche. Create a hosting account. Create a blog using wordpress or Blogger. Write at least one article and post to blog each day. After 1 week or 5 blogs apply for Google adsense, clickbank and paydotcom account. Identify products that are closely related to your niche from these accounts on your blog.

Feb - Drive taffic to your blog. Submit articles to ezines. Write to forums with links back to your blog. Monitor the traffic. Use PLR or write your own articles.

Mar - Continue to write blog, submit articles and forums. Once you have some traffic make changes to your blog to see if they improve the traffic. Continue this process.

Repeat this process for the next quarter for another niche. For starter you might have to wait about 3 months before you see any money comes in but there were many cases where people make money wihtin the first month so dont give up and keep at it.
