It's wisest to bring your leads to a landing page that will entice them to opt in to your list, no matter how you generated the traffic to get them there. After you get them on your list, pre-sell them on the solution and then lead them to the affiliate page.

You don't need a website I have two monetized squidoo lenses but it is better to have one. Squidoo could kick me out any day as they have already slapped a few lenses

Yes you don't need a website to do affiliate marketing. You can put your affiliate links in emails, ads, or articles you write for article directories.

You don't really need to own a website for that. That's not a requirement. When you join in Clickbank, you just select anything you like to sell then you get the necessary affiliate link. As easy as that!

Can anyone help me to promote my products

It is better to have your own website product to promote clickbank product, you have to make a squueze page to make a list and send them some email through a autoresponder. Previously i tried to send traffic to affiliate website, but i didn't make any sales....

in order to sell a product successfully, you need to have your own website as a squeeze page to gather email list, it is much better also if you have a blog with a link going to your squeeze page.......

Find a product that you want to promote in clickbank. Then build a website around the subject of your product. Put an opt-in form on your webpage so you can collect emails. Also promote your website by article marketing in blogs and article directories. Find forums related to your subject and sign up to those.
