Question What's your conversion ratio?

I'm new to this whole thing and have been working hard for a month and earning nothing. Willing to keep trying, but it's getting tedious.

My sites are promoting 5-6 Clickbank products. So far I've had a few hundred hops and no sales. Is this normal? What's a typical conversion ratio for Clickbank? My sites are promoting targeted products that are relevant to the site content.

Thanks in advance for your help!

It could be any number of factors affecting your conversion rate. Your content may not be persuasive enough, traffic may not be as specifically targeted as you think, the product's sales page could stink...there are an awful lot of variables. Have you tried making any changes? Might be a good time to start testing the variables to see what will perform better.

Why don't you send us a link to the site so we can give you some advice. Hops are ok, because they may come back and purchase products later. However, it's difficult to target a specific conversion ratio, but regardless it's going to be low. Remember, most people are window shoppers, gaining info on a product before purchase.

It has taken me a long time and much effort to make money like I do from affiliate marketing. There are many tips I could offer.. One is to beef up your content first and get traffic, you need lots of traffic.

My conversion rates are about 2% which is the so called average but I plan to increase it. ıf your visitors understand you are just trying to sell you will not succeed.

Content first.

You should check out my links below and if you want I can also let you have the address of my site and you can try to see what I have done..

What are you using to drive traffic to your sites? Is the traffic organic or ppc?
