is there a good program for tracking position in google? for multiple urls and keywords?

I think there is a rankchecker at SEOBook.com. And I think you can set it up to save your results every day you are online.
You basically setup which keywords you want to check, for which site, and it tracks it daily. I've seen the results exported to excel. I know it's free. I don't remember the details, though...I suggest you google 'rankchecker'...there's a ton of results you might find useful.
