I like CUBE CART.

I use CubeCart.com Shopping Cart.

You can check it out on my site SourceCodeMadness.com

They have many payment gateways to choose from.

I have Also In The Past Used Go-Icy.com Shopping Cart Software As Well for another site that Is under construction.
Price Monthly Fee

Last But Not least... X-Cart They are spendy. But the features they have are awesome Everything A Website needs this has it Price 185.00

Hope This Helps.

I used paypal and I believe its one of the best and the most popular. Its also very cheap. You don't have to pay unless you make a sale.

I second PayPal. Most people are familiar with their logo and buttons, and you don't even need an account to send money.

It depends on what you plan to sell. For digital products e-junkie.com is very good and affordable.

It actually depends of what you are trying to sell. But i think using paypal is a great idea since they are very popular and their buttons are well recognized by many people. they also have a good standing among shoppers

Paypal is not really a shopping cart, it is more a payment process.

I've used OSC myself, as well, still do currently. Though now I don't know if I'd recommend it. It's a great cart and works perfectly, but out of the box it kind of stinks. I added about 6 mods to get it right, seo, downloads, pictures, ect.

It really depends how how complex your shopping card will be ,,, but if you are going to mix content and a shopping cart i would try out joomla - and get a shopping cart addon
