If content is King, What is Queen?
I have read this statement so many times on the internet. In fact i onced composed a song out of it. Not kidding here!
I sign the song each time i come across the statement. I am talking about this statement: Content is king. And i think it is actually true though. But i believe to every king there must be a queen! so who is king content's Queen? Backlinks? Keywords? Traffic? ......... or what? Lets share ideas guys!

I would have to say backlinks that lead to the content are the queen.

To me, back links are King, can uplift even so-so content and content is Queen. Just from my experience.

That is a new approach there Ron. I like it. Maybe i should recompose my song and make backlinks the king!! But then who rules in that kingdom? The Queen or the King?

I tend to agree with Ron. You can have the best content on the web but without backlinks, what good does it do you? It's like being the prettiest girl in the dance but no one asks you to dance. (Ok, maybe that image is no longer suitable these days when dancing doesn't even require a partner, but you get what I mean.)

Content and backlinks go hand in hand.

I'll say it once again. Backlinks are King and Content is Queen. That is if you have the right back links. I've proven it many times.
In reality it should really be the opposite, but I do what works for me. Some day it might change, but think it might be a while.

URL is king because a crappy domain name will make hard work of the whole seo process!
