I'm at the point that I need to talk on the phone [calling leads] and I need help what is a good way to take the fear out of talking on the phone? Looking for good ideas!

You could try practising with a script first. Are you cold calling leads, or are they leads who have contacted you via your optin-in or web form? You're much better off generating leads that way - even by offering a free report and using PPC to get it to people, give them some info that will help them that is tied in with your product, and call them then - or even just email them with your own autoresponder messges.

I believe one of the most important thing is to understand the fear of rejection. On the phone, especially if you are making cold calls, people tend to hand up on you. You have to have the mind set that it normal for people to disrespect and yell at you. Once you have that mind set down and able to cope with that, then the rest will become easier.

Also you have to become numb out when it comes to emotions. There are many different type of personalities out there, some nice some bad. Just have to brush it off your shoulder. And also you are on the phone, no one can see you so don't worry about anything the other person says.
