If you want to Joint Venture...

There is no doubt you can make a ton of sales with the right joint ventures, sadly many people go about it the right way. Here's a few ideas if you want a chance.

Be polite - When approaching a potential JV partner, but super polite. After all, you are "bugging" them, so make sure to nice and thank them for their time. Make sure you use proper grammar and spelling before you send off an e-mail. Don't want to look like a fool before you even get your foot in the door.

Give up a copy of your product - Few JV partners are going to promote something they have never seen or used. Promoting the wrong product could kill their reputation, and reputation is one of the few things we have online.

Get reviews - I see so many people think their product is the best in the world. Nothing wrong with being confident, but get another opinion before you talk big. I'll be the first to admit, I am not the best when it comes to spelling and grammar, I always try to have at least one other person proof read my work. Don't forget, spell check and grammar check does not always catch everything.

Give them a high percentage - It's no secret JV partners want to make money, so give it to them. After all, even 40% of each sale is more than 60% of nothing.

Proven Sales Letter - This one really gets me. I see so many people want to get joint ventures or build an affiliate base, but they have no clue how well their sales letter converts. It must be proven before you approach any one. Affiliate and JV partners are not going to be very happy if they waste traffic on a page that doesn't sell. If it's a flop, good luck getting them to promote your next product.

Look Long Term - What if every time you came out with a new product, you had a small army of affiliates and JV partners happy to promote it for you? Talk about a literal gold mine. So treat them right, give them a big piece of the pie and you could have guaranteed sales with your next launch.

Just my thoughts, hope it's useful

Any one have anything to add?

Thank you for your sharing. I recently attended the Global Internet Summit in Penang, Malaysia where I had the opportunity to hear top internet income earners share their experiences. One speaker who last year holds the record for the biggest firesale ever talked about what he termed Guru Mind Control. It was very enlightening.
