I don't know if I would agree with ALL of this...

1. Focus On Profits

This is the one I have a hard time with. I think you would have better success by focusing on giving quality information or a high quality product to your readers.

Let me explain these points in more details for some readers and newbies .. and i'll try to make it as short as possible.

1. Focus On Profits : when you start any project online it can be your new website or blog online then you should plan how you'll make it profitable. Profits can be achived with adsense, promoting information products and affiliate marketing. You should research on multiple ways to maximize your profits online.

2. Work Hard : Spend time on researching in different niches and try to learn from research. Spend time on promoting your site and blog with finding more quality content and finding ways to generate quality traffic. Lots of newbies wanna make easy money without working hard.

3. Find Something ==> Stick With it ==> Don't Jump From Opp to Opp : this means focus on one thing at a time with proper planning rather then working on multiple projects with no planning at all. Work on one project at a time will make things less confusing and easy for you.

4. Take Charge ==> Don't Wait For Things To Get Better : Lots of newbies give up very easily without finding solutions. If you are not getting enough success or something then you should spend time find out different ways to get success ... some newbies make websites and blogs and they assume that they will get the success right away without any planning.

5. Set Goals: you should set goals if you wanna achive success in any venture. You can set targets like if you wanna make $100 every week then you should plan how and when you wanna achive that goal.

6. Set Deadlines: Setting deadlines will make you work more harder and will take you closer to your success.

7. Measure Progress: You should measure things like what things are working for and what not. Then you should focus on the things works for you.

8. Sense of Urgency: That depends on how serious you are and you'll have to start taking action if you wanna achive any kind of success online ... you'll have start from somewhere and then you'll learn lots of new things as you progress.

Good post. I would add that when you start out it can be quite daunting with everything that you have to learn and do so when setting your goals break them done into monthly, weekly and even daily targets and try and do something on your project every day. This will make you feel that you are always moving one step forward and you will not get disheartened that you are not achieving results

I definitely agree with this. Most people tend to think that if they spend more they'll earn more. However, that isn't always the case. If you're out of luck you can loose all at once.
