All over on the internet especially on forums such as this one, you meet people asking the same question: how can i make money from the internet?

And they usually get so many fruitful answers from the good people in this forum. But most of the times, these new comers make the mistake made by 99% of all beginners in internet marketing, which is not concentrating on one money making method.

The number one reason of the failure rate in internet marketing is due to the fact that people don't focus on a particular money making method. most of them move from one internet marketing gurus program to the other afraid to miss the latest get rich software to make millions over night. they register a million domains in the hope of constructing an online business empire overnight, that will earn them millions the next day!

Because of this, they end up failing since they will not be able to concentrate and promote one thing!

If you are really interested in making money online, then you have to focus on one money making method, at least for the start. when you have made it with the first method, you can then move to the next.

I agree with you 100%. It is so easy when you're trying to get started to jump from one new product to another. The promises are so enticing!

But it is critical to pick a plan and follow it through to the end. Too many people complain that "this product doesn't work" or "this product is a scam" when if the truth be told they never implemented the plan at all!

No matter what promises a sales letter might make you'll never make one dime by just purchasing the product! You've got to take ACTION! And yes, that translates into WORK.

You'll never make a dime online by just buying products. There are lots of great programs out there to teach you what you need to know to succeed but you need to commit to seeing a project through before you move on to another one.

Since we don't all learn the same way it make take a few attempts to find a program that you understand and that is something you feel comfortable doing.

But don't give up! Focus on one project and start realizing your dream of earning a living online!

Yes, newbies tend to jump form one big think to another.

Never giving a chance to try out one program at a time. It takes time to succeed.

But since there are people over the interent telling you that you will become rich with little effort, newbies believe it and when something does not produce a fast result then they jump to the next big think, and they repeat the process again and again. And start to believe that making money on the interent is imposible.

It's very true. I've made the same mistake myself. So many products to promote, so many ways to do it....

you can't win when doing everything at once.

I can tell you this is true because I used to be one of these people.

I would always jump from one business or money making opportunity to the next. I had to realize that ANY good one can make me money if I just stick to it.

I've learned that the hard way in the beginning. Lost money with adwords sending people to affiliate sites. After, I joined a network marketing company and now I usually delete email that has to do with systems. I'll look more at methods and tools rather than complete systems. You buy too many of those and all your money is gone and you're no better off.

The fault does NOT really fall on the beginners shoulders. Most Internet Marketing Guru's are at fault. Way......too many of them pitching the "get rich quick" scheme. All of us including myself have fallen into the trap of the "follow me and I'll set you free" syndrome. Most give you a false sense of hope.

Example: Copywriting is what you need, blogging for big bucks, link building for tons of traffic, social marketing is the way, twitter your way to success, splash & landing pages, PPC for big bucks, etc....etc....

Just my thoughts on this...anyone else?

One should start with a niche and promote it heavily. Avoid spreading your attention and time to other campaigns which can slice your focus.

Be a specialist with one product to be a professional on it.

Being a professional to one is better than many.
