There is really no limit on how many times you can post a day. Just make it reasonable and it will be good.

Hunt for info on a topic that you need to move forward, research it through google and then put it into action. This forum can help you get answers, solve problems and find info...my main advise is to make goals and plan a step by step approach...

There is so much to learn take it one step at a time or you'll get overwhelmed...
Take a course, buy an e-book maybe....

Go slow and build on your learning..better to do something right than waste time making a mess...

trawl through as much info as you
can handle from the forum.

Make notes if you have to.

And once things start making sense
to you, then you can make some
kind of business plan.

Then all you need to do is stick
to the plan.

Sure, things will change along
