Why Not Outsource Some of Your Work?

To make money online you need to do quite a lot of things correctly. In most cases, there is always no room for mistakes, since the competition is so stiff.

Outsourcing is a great way you can do many things at once. Outsourcing your social bookmaking or article writing to someone else, so you may have time to do what you are really good at. I means best at!

If you try to do everything by yourself, you may take a very very long time to start making any reasonable income. And this alone accounts to some of the failure with internet marketing.

Waxman is correct - doing everything yourself can be too time consuming. But, there are other reasons to also consider outsourcing:
1) If someone else can do it better - for example, make your site or page look better, or
2) If it is cheaper in the long run. Remember, your time is not free and your time should focus on monetizing activities.

Some areas to especially consider outsourcing are: mini website creations, graphics, ghostwriting, auto responder services, and customer service.

Sources of some good freelancers are: Elance.com, Guru.com, RentACoder.com, Scriptlance.com, and Sitepoint.com/contests. RentACoder.com and Scriptlance.com are best for graphics and programming. Elance.com and Guru.com are best for Ghostwriting.

Most of these services are provided in a bid system and will not cost you as much as you might think.

Outsourcing for the newbie...

I think outsourcing is great. I do a lot of it. But for the newbie with very little money to spare, I would suggest you start slow--and seek some common-sense guidelines.

Hey guys,

Yes outsourcing is awesome.

it's pretty staggering when you first start
doing it.

I'll never forget the feeling of feeling like I
have absolutely nothing to do - because
other people are doing it for me.

The only tough part is finding trustworthy
outsourcers, so I'll offer you this little bit
of advice-

When hiring outsourcers, always give them
a small job first. See how they do with that,
and move on from there.

In my experience, something like 40% of
outsourcers are just going to waste your
time and let you down.

But once you've found yourself a reliable
team, it's plain sailing!

I have been working online since sept 09 and have found that it is difficult to keep onto of all the opportunity's there are for expanding your business and driving traffic.

You end up concentrating too much on one thing or trying to be a jack of all trades so I will check out some of the out sourcing sites. Obviously I will share my results when I have some,

thanks

Ian

Outsourcing some of works that need to be done is good especially when considering it could save so much time. Time can be utilized to do other things. But for newbies with tight budget it is impossible to use those outsourcing services. Patient and persistent is needed to learn and then gaining some income and then start to invest it to outsource some of the work in the future.

Yes outsourcing is necessary as we may not have time and we can't be good in everything. However, we must know the basic and mechanism of things tat we outsource so that we will not be fooled by the result. Just like building a website, we should know how to make a simple website or squeeze page by ourselves before outsourcing to designers for perfection.
