How to check the work flow of the system?

Hello everyone, I am working as a project manager in a private firm and I want the complete record of the work flow of my project. I was on leave for past 10 days and none of my people gave any records of any work. How can I check the work flow of the system of those 10 days?

Hey friend, I have also gone through the same situation. The same happened with me also. That time I came to know about a collection system on internet which works for the maintenance of the work flow of any company or organization. It helped me to have a look on my system’s work flow. I think this will help you also.
