I use AVG, I find it the best out of what I used so far - this is my third anti-virus program.

I use good old Norton from Symantec. They never let me down.

Buy me a Beer?
I've tried so many of them over the years and real tired of wasting money on them, very frustrating. I don't mind paying for them, if they worked, but few have. I have had bad luck with Norton and Mcfee, both let stuff in on me.

Best one I've used so far is Avast. Sure better than Norton.

AVG all the way.
It is free, runs fast and not slowing down the computer.
Supports email scanning.

One lack of it is that because it is free sometimes it takes few days for its virus database to be really updated. but what do you expect for free Anti virus which does the job great.

I've been using AVG Free edition. It's fast, free. For me it's great so far.

I have AVG free and also ASquared (free). ASquared often picks up things that nothing else will. I also have SpywareBlaster (free) running in the background, and I use AdAware (free). CCleaner (free) is also a great little program for cleaning up both files and registry quickly and easily. I used to also run Spybot Search and Destroy, until the most recent update started blocking me from opening files that I had created.

blessings,

Barb
