Getting the best out of it.
I have an acer its now 4 years old. and it has served me well. but seems that things are slowing down on it and also the keyboard is not responding so well.
So time to buy again, any recommendatings? just a laptop, and i do not do graphics or gamming so no need for high power. |

You can buy Apple! Go for an Apple Macbook pro... These are high end machines and come with a Nvidia 9600gt card in it with 4 GB DDR 3 memory, they also have good processors in them and have the led display unit in them that make the screen amazingly comfy to the eyes, also the backlit keyboard helps typing in the dark. Macbooks also come with the dual boot option, so you can have windows and Mac at the same time.

perhaps you might want to try lenovo laptops, a friend has one, it's a cheaper alternative compared to some of the leading brands but it does its purpose quite well... my friend has no complaints with it, in fact he's been raving about it...

In was in a Walmart store yesterday and saw a desk top machine. It was a closeout and clearance priced. A super machine for under $400. I am sure that different stores have different deals but, it is worth checking into.
