Yes, Please be more specific in your request. If you mean a larger list of customers, then it takes time, effort and a lot of listbulding. If you are looking to have a lot of followers on twitter, well there are ways to get more of those.
The main concern either way is to provide quality information to those you interact with. The more you interact, the more you talk to people, the more they like you, then hopefully the more they will trust and buy from you.

Do you mean twitter followers?
You need to get targeted followers,you can check wefollow.com and add follow some big profiles. You can also use sites like mytweetfollowers.com to get more followers but these are not targeted.

If you mean "followers" on Twitter, then you should interact with other members by following their Tweets. If they take time to browse your profile page and follow you, then that's step 1. Start from there to build a larger network.
