Why did my Youtube Video disappear from search?
I have been promoting a video on youtube for three days since ı uploaded it.
First day for search term: self esteem it was on page 15... I got people to rate and comment on it, views increased... yesterday up to Page 8 looking good... Today... Shock...No where to be found not even up to page 25...!! The vid is in my channel and you can still view it and also for other easy keywords it comes up... Is this temporary or is it something serious..?? Any ideas what has happened? Any advice..? Thanks for your help guys...

I am no video expert, but I have heard they can move in and out at times. People have mentioned their video's vanishing, only to reappear again later. So might want to give it some time.
Or many others have flooded the keyword and kicked you way down?

I have noticed that so many times. It even happens with Google. Your website goes away and comes back after a while.
It is kind of scary when you don't find your website or video for your keywords.

On Saturday - SUCCESS - after two weeks my video hit page one of youtube...
Hooray but today two days later it is on Page 10!!!! What happened?? This is crazy? Is the ranking organized according to number of views in a set period or what?

Aww, that's great!
Not so familiar how Youtube ranks videos, but it's probably based on the number of views the video generates on a daily or weekly basis.

Yes this is so true You Tube rates submitted video,s by views as with web pages the more views the higher the rating.IT will fluctuate but bounce back and forth.Another thing is google monitors ip addresses as to where the views come from.Some folks in the past have tried to up there ranks by clicking on their own page, or having close friends do it for them several times.I really don,t understand why this is done I guess they make money with it.Sort of like link spamming forums. Not quite sure but they sure change things as they see fit.
