Any thoughts on this are welcome.

I would like to see a quicker response in the help desk. Also I would like to see
a quicker response in the email verification process. I signed up for the responder 2 times to test it.

On one test the verification request didn't come for an hour and on the other one it was over 30 minutes. Way to long. People forget what they are verifying and I lose customers.

If I'm wrong please tell me. Nick

Prospect Response

I think we need lead sources both double-opt in and otherwise that we can purchase.

Most people prefer email while some like the phone and address leads.

I feel like if this going to be a good place to do business the truth needs to be implemented in complete detail.
I have found it very hard to advertise the completeness of Project Response because of the section about the Autoresponders; I can not tell someone that this aspect of Prospect Response is here and it is not. I have noticed that I had the really high hope of being able to have an Autoresponder with this membership and when I got inside as a member the results were almost devastating, and the ad still reads that there are autoresponders for the use of new members.
I hope by me stating the truth no bad results come of this but I am all about honesty and to be hood winked into something I wanted to be so much apart of to find out that up front it is all good and then to be inside it is whole different story I find this to be not a good thing the part about the autoresponder should be removed since it is not part of the deal.
