Google Adsense.... owes me $110

How much do they owe you?


O.K. -I admit, I may be coming off a little harsh on Google. No, never mind I thought about that statement, and I think it is semi-justified to say the least.

I can understand the first time I got banned, I was new to the internet in general and refreshed my pages alot when I made changes to them.

They never officially told me why I as banned, but after letting them know I was refreshing my pages and did not know it is against policy as I was not clicking on them, they let me back in. (made a whole $10 first time around)


So, here I am with Adsense on my site again and I am also now well aware of how easy it can be to get banned.

Everything is fine, only 1 incidense where someone continually clicked my ads and I gave Google their IP address and got Anti-click software. I verified with them we were on good terms and they thanked me for my quick actions on acting to the invalid clicks.

As soon as my account hit $100 in about 2 months time they disabled it again and took me for another $100 - No reason given and never a reply as they do not even take replys after 2cd ban.

So, how much did Adsense get you for?

I realize many people have positive accounts with them and are happy, well this goes to you

I personally is not a fan of adsesne. I don't see how those tiny cents can make any difference.

People who are making money with adseses are those that have about 2000 or more unique visits on a daily basis.

About the ban thing, i have heard a number of people complain just like you. I don't know, but i don't think there is much you can do about it.

They are very very strict on their policies, and i think much is automated. They believe so much in their software and automated programs is guess.

They banned my account for invalid clicks after I reached a nice amount of clicks.
I don't like adsense,waxman is right,only webmasters with sites that have around 2k uniques have a nice income.

Personally I have chosen to stay away from Google adsense, I think from what I have heard that sometimes it is just more trouble than it is worth.

Not sticking up for them, but can't blame them totally when you admitted the first time you did wrong. Probably puts you on a watch list.

Sadly so many people say they've done nothing wrong and usually turns out the opposite. Not saying that is the case here.

Well I have a nice income with adsense. Reversely, I have only 50 pages on my site but I got thousands of articles submitted to directories.

Hard work pays off.

So many people complain they don't make money, and this is a perfect example of how just doing the work brings the rewards. Perfect example that it doesn't have to be complicated.

Adsense can bring a decent income. I am making that but I have a friend that makes $200/day. Now that's a living

Google might sound harsh, but they aren't. I guess they take those precautions to prevent the real fraud attempts. There are some really bad people out there and I am well aware that their current policy is likely to affect even the honest foke like you but they do what they can to protect their business model. Their method isn't perfect (you have to suffer, some other people might too even if they are innocent) but it's the best one they have, as cases such as yours are highly limited.

You might know about other cases and thus think otherwise but be aware that any such case is highly spoken about, just because they are so rare and people like to talk about this stuff.

I was doing quite well with google and then they banned me for some stupid reason. They never warned me about it and never gave me a chance to change it - just bye bye.

They are a power unto themselves. They have incredible effect on the net. Just ask yourselves "why do I care about page rank"? It is a google invention.

I prefer to operate without adsense. Being dependent on one company leaves too much control in some body else's hands. Never again.

By the way, they must have thought you were using click fraud of some sort.
After they dumped me, they paid me what I had coming.
