How to run a web design company?
I am planning on starting a web design company, and I am getting some staff together to help out. I am planning on how I want everything, and I just want more info on running one, so I don't make a mistake when running one.

Just want to know one thing
How much experience do you have as far as web designing is concerned? if you are not well vest, then i suggest you take time out and learn more before you jump in it an loose your money. The technical aspect in this case is very vital.

I think to run company in web designing you have to first make research on targeted market from where you get business than make strong team and representation that it... and last be with ethics

you should up sell clients internet marketing as it is more profitable, charge a monthly ongoing cost for this. This will give you a more stable income. Get a good reseller hosting service too like heart internet
