I am in the midst of setting up a website.

But I need help on the following as I am pretty much clueless:

I am looking for a webhost or photo image and video hosting to upload photos and videos. My website viewers will be able to view the photos accordingly to album on a slideshow (manually navigated).

My web viewers (those with membership account with me) can upload photos and videos too. And those uploaded videos and photos will appear immediately in the album.

Is there such a webhost that can do this or is it a coding thing?

There are a number of sites that will host images, though your better off hosting them yourself.

MOst of the hosting companies allows file uploads nowadays..check around in few hosting forums for good offers..

It is so much better if you host your pictures yourself cos you have total control of them. some third party site may go down without prior notice and ruin your business. If space is an issue, then you can use other sites to host your heavy images.

Some years back i had a blog just for my pictures, why not? they are more reliable than many images sites.

As for videos, there is no doubt that youtube is the best way you can embed a video on your website. Quite easy interesting and a lots of exposure.
